Julie Phillips has been helping people buy and sell homes since 2005. Prior to Real Estate she worked for a large corporation in HR. She felt blessed to be able to stay home to raise her 4 boys, but as they got older, she decided to go back to work in an environment where she could still work around their school/sports schedules.
Julie has always loved looking at houses and realized she enjoyed finding the perfect home for her clients and helping people sell their homes which can often be very emotional and stressful. Julie believes that her previous HR background and numerous groups of people she built relationships within the community greatly helped her real estate business succeed. She prides herself in her ability to critically think through difficult situations, effectively negotiate to her clients benefit and provide a high level of service with timely and knowledgeable communication that constantly keeps her clients informed. Julie continually seeks educational opportunities to ensure she is up to date with all the latest trends and technology to ensure her marketing and processes are the best they can be.
From her personal experience of relocating from another country and understanding how different the real estate process is handled, Julie has been able to help many clients relocate to this area. She takes time to explain and educate to ensure the smoothest transaction as possible during an often very stressful time. Julie is experienced with Short Sales, Foreclosures, First Time Buyers, New Home Construction, Senior Living and Traditional Buyers and Sellers. She understands buying or selling a home is a major life decision and you can be assured she will take time to patiently work hard for you with your real estate needs.
When recharging, Julie loves to get her daily walk in around her neighborhood, travelling with family to new destinations, experiencing culinary creations, cooking gourmet foods, and wine tasting throughout our local wineries. Her true passion is watching her four boys becoming successful young men.
