Julie was fantastic through my whole home buying experience. She was very patient with my fragile budget and my lack of knowledge about the process, this being my first home. She was always encouraging and never gave up hope we'd find something, even when I was convinced California's prices were too far above my budget. She did great negotiating for what I wanted, and went above and beyond to make my experience great when the seller's agent was making the process difficult.
