We found Julie on Zillow. Every realtor we contacted blew us off and Julie was the only one who responded and was willing to help. I’m sure for her it seemed like a long shot, we were looking to relocate 6 hours away, for no real reason. Yet she always worked hard and treated us like we were just as important as any other client. Flash forward to a year later, 3 offers later, and we are about to close escrow on our first home!!! We honestly couldn’t have navigated all of this without her. Not being able to drive up every time we were interested in a property, was hard, but Julie would go and FaceTime us from the houses. On our quick trips we were able to make, Julie set up multiple appointments in a day, on short notice, and drove all around Placer County and El Dorado County for us. Through the escrow process she has been a wealth of knowledge, and again, was willing to FaceTime us for our final walk through, and recommended plenty of resources for inspections and everything else we needed. We highly recommend Julie!

Julie was great in helping me with the purchase of my first home. Since I was new at the process of buying a home she walked me thru each step and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She understood that I was new at this and explained everything as we moved along. She was great at answering all of my questions and always responded to my emails immediately. She was always encouraging and never gave up hope we'd find something, even when I was convinced California's prices were too far above my budget. Julie Phillips, the "British/American Agent" we were lucky enough to find after interviewing many other experienced realtors in our area, is well "Supercalifragilistic!" Much like the beloved Mary P., Julie appeared and the whole daunting process became as uncomplicated as "a spoonful of sugar."

Julie is ever the professional, employing the most up to date marketing methods and ideas, but she was equally warm, genuine and determined to make the entire experience as smooth and stress-free for us as possible. She checked in regularly, even once we were under contract, letting us know exactly what to expect next. Her responses to our calls/emails were always immediate--we never felt we weren't her top priority even though she is obviously in high demand.

Julie's commitment to her profession, and especially to her clients. is very evident. We never doubted she had our best interests in mind. I have used other agents in the past, but I wouldn't think of hiring, or recommending, anyone else after having the pleasure of working with the BEST.

This is our second real estate project we worked with Julie. The first was a property sale. She asked the correct questions to determine our need and carried the ball to a successful negotiated purchase. Wonderful person to work with.
